„Vollständige Objektivität ist eine regulative Idee, aber keine Realität, zumal nur Personen als Subjekte regulative Ideen haben können.“
Kann mir jemand helfen den Satz zu verstehen?
Powenz ergänzend lässt sich noch sagen, dass eine regulative Idee ein erstrebenswertes, sozial sinnvolles Ziel angibt, das aber im Realen nicht erreichbar ist. In diesem Sinne ist sie nichts anderes als ein Ideal. Das geht schon bei der Geometrie los (im Realen gibt es keine vollkommenen Kreise usw.) und setzt sich überall da fort, wo Ideal und Realität divergieren, z.B. bei Freiheit, Gerechtigkeit, Demokratie usw. usf.
Regulativ heißen diese Ideale, weil sie Gebote der Vernunft sind, die das soziale Miteinander strukturieren, das ohne jene nicht möglich wäre, jedenfalls nicht auf Dauer. Das Liebes-Ideal gehört sicher auch dazu, ist aber etwas komplizierter als die anderen gestrickt, da es nicht nur aus der Vernunft hervorgeht.
Vollständige Objektivität ist ebenfalls ein unerreichbares (aber notwendiges) Ideal, denn das, was man unter Objektivität versteht, ist in der Praxis nichts anderes als ein intersubjektiver Konsens über einen Sachverhalt. Objektiv kann das nicht wirklich sein, da die Erkenntnisfähigkeit von Subjekten nun einmal nicht vollkommen ist, sondern perspektivisch begrenzt. Erst die Aufhebung der Subjekt-Objekt-Schranke hebt auch die begrenzende Perspektivität des Subjekts auf. Dann allerdings (also im Falle mystischer Erkenntnis) gibt es auch keine „Objekte“ mehr.
Probleme entstehen dann, wenn „vollkommene Objektivität“ zum Fetisch wird, da auf diese Weise ein ontologischer Dualismus festgelegt wird (Subjekt vs. Objekt), der philosophisch fragwürdig ist.

Pojem „regulativnosti“ a vůbec „regulování“ (vlastně „řízení“), jak jej nacházíme třeba u Kanta, je třeba důkladněji prozkoumat a vyšetřit. Předně tu je velký problém, zda „ideji“ můžeme přisoudit schopnost aktivně (tudíž jako „subjekt“) něco skutečného ovlivňovat, dokonce řídit. Nebudeme-li s to tuto aktivní schopnost přiznat samotným idejím (a Platón to kdysi opravdu nečinil, ale jako „činitele“ tam vkomponoval onoho božského řemeslníka, demiurga), musíme počítat s tím, že oněm „subjektům“ jako jediným „činitelům“ musíme přiznat schopnost se nějak k ideji vztáhnout, akceptovat její „platnost“ či „závaznost“, a zejména schopnost se ideou samou nebo jejím apelem řídit, spravovat. Toto „vztažení“ ovšem nesmíme předem vidět a chápat jako vztažení k nějakému předmětu, ať už „ideálnému“ (event. intencionálnímu) nebo „reálnému“ (tj. konkrétnímu, konkrescentnímu).
