This text explores the ontological nature of the active subject and critically examines to whom or what activity is attributed. The author distinguishes between an inert "thing," which is merely moved by external forces, and a "subject," which is the true source of action. A central point of the reflection is the rejection of an anthropocentric view that links activity exclusively to humans or a conscious self. The subject cannot be understood as a mere "something" (an object) nor as a specific "someone" in the conventional sense, if that implies a self-conscious being. The work suggests that our inability to define the subject without reference to human psychology stems from deeply rooted object-oriented thinking. This cognitive bias prevents us from perceiving the subject in its authentic being, which transcends the categories of objects. The text thus calls for a re-evaluation of traditional philosophical categories of subjectivity and activity beyond the framework of ordinary objectivity and human consciousness, opening space for a broader conception of dynamism in being.

My ovšem se této chyby nebudeme dopouštět a budeme každou aktivitu spojovat s nějakým (jakýmkoli) subjektem.
