This reflection examines the nature of conservation laws and critically re-evaluates their validity in the real world. The author argues that these laws are theoretical principles rather than indisputable facts, as their validity depends on the existence of closed systems. However, such systems are viewed merely as hypothetical constructs that do not exist in nature. Reality consists entirely of open systems at all levels, from planetary scales to galaxies and the universe as a whole. Based on this premise, the text suggests that in an open universe, conservation laws do not necessarily hold true. The discussion reaches an ontological conclusion, stating that the very existence of the world is evidence that the "nothingness" was not preserved. If the world could emerge from nothing, it could likewise vanish into nothing without any remnants being conserved. Ultimately, the text challenges the absolute validity of physical axioms within a dynamic reality that lacks the boundaries of closure and where interactions between systems are the inevitable rule.

A proto v něm zákony zachování nemusí (a nebudou nutně) platit.
