This text examines the ontological nature of an event and its internal structure regarding time and duration. The author argues that an event does not occur linearly in parts but rather as a whole that continuously begins and ends at every moment of its existence. This process repeats until the final conclusion of the event. Consequently, every event contains a multitude of beginnings and endings throughout its duration. Furthermore, the text explores the hierarchical structure of events, where within the integrity of a single whole, such as an organism, sub-components with shorter lifespans, like blood cells, emerge and pass away. These partial processes have their own beginnings and endings but are functionally integrated into the broader framework of the overall event. The reflection aims to understand the relationship between the integrity of an event and its internal dynamics, involving various levels of complexity and temporality. The wholeness of an event is not disrupted by the discontinuity of its constituent parts; rather, it is constituted by them through their interaction and subordination to the whole.
