This text explores the ontological distinction between a true whole and a mere heap or collection of parts. The author argues that wholeness cannot be registered through external observation of a static object; instead, a true whole is recognizable only within time, through the eventfulness and unity of actions. Every human possesses the innate ability to perceive this unity, although it is often suppressed for purportedly scientific reasons. The essence of any genuine whole includes a non-objective aspect that is inaccessible from the outside as a mere object. Using examples like Rorschach tests, the author demonstrates how perceived phenomena gain meaning only within a broader, often hidden context where temporality remains active. Rejecting the concepts of wholes and wholeness equates to denying the reality of events and subjects as authentic actors rather than mere consequences of external influences. Ultimately, the text asserts that understanding a whole requires acknowledging its internal temporal dynamics and non-objective dimensions, which transcend a purely external, object-oriented perspective.

Celek a celkovost
