This text examines the issue of transcendentals and criticizes the common philosophical practice of failing to distinguish between concepts and their intentional models or objects. The author rejects the identification of transcendentals merely as transcendental concepts and proposes a strict distinction between transcendental concepts and the transcendentals themselves, to which these concepts intentionally refer. While all concepts can be considered transcendental in a broader sense, true transcendentals are unique in that they cannot be supported by ordinary sensory experience. The text emphasizes that, alongside sensory perception, there exists a distinct and crucial thinking experience. It is within this thinking experience that transcendentals are constituted as intentional models that transcend the framework of traditional objects of experience. The work thus advocates for the recognition of thinking experience as a legitimate source of knowledge, allowing access to entities that are not accessible through the senses but play a vital role in the structure of human thought and understanding of the world.
