This document explores the philosophical problem of Truth, defining it as a pure non-objectivity that cannot be addressed or discussed as a conventional object of study. Because direct contemplation of Truth is hindered by the inherent human tendency toward objectification, the author adopts the topic of human rights as a secondary focal point. The primary objective is not a historical, political, or legal analysis of human rights, but rather using them as a conceptual framework to approach the nature of Truth. The text distinguishes between individual truths, such as judgments or statements, and the foundational Truth that grounds all truthfulness. By examining human rights, the author seeks to uncover the deeper philosophical meaning behind this concept and its relationship to the absolute basis of reality. Ultimately, the work aims to clarify the urgent tasks facing contemporary and future thought, emphasizing the need for a fundamental shift in our approach to reality, using human rights as a vehicle to illuminate Truth.
