This text explores the ontological nature of event-based occurrence, focusing on the concept of actuality and its constituent phases. The author posits that every event unfolds through distinct stages, yet only one single phase is truly actual at any given moment. This actual phase constitutes the external manner in which the event manifests itself, a manifestation that must be understood as fundamentally independent of any external observer or registering subject. A profound philosophical challenge arises: how can we justify the assumption that a true event occurs in successive parts rather than as a complete whole? The inquiry examines the forces that maintain the cohesion of an event, ensuring its integrity as a unified entity despite its temporal fragmentation. Ultimately, the text questions why we perceive only the actual phase as happening, while the past and future dimensions are seemingly excluded from the immediate dynamic of the event's occurrence, seeking to understand the structural unity of events.

Subjekt a „aktualita“
