This reflection explores Simone Weil’s philosophical assertion that force is inherent in all social aspects and can only be neutralized through balance. Drawing on the process philosophy of Charles Hartshorne, the author extends this principle across all levels of reality, suggesting that social relations should not be reduced solely to the realm of existing beings. Instead, one must also account for the "non-being" or "not-yet-being" whose "right to be" has not yet been realized. The text examines the balance between existence and non-existence, invoking Anaxagoras’s concept of justice, where ceasing to be is seen as a necessary repayment of a debt. Particular attention is paid to how the fundamental right to be is distributed at the most basic levels of existence. The author concludes that such distribution is inherently tied to situational contexts and contingency. Ultimately, the piece integrates ethical, social, and metaphysical dimensions within a process-oriented framework, highlighting the dynamic tension between what is and what is yet to emerge, while questioning the distributive nature of existence itself.
